We operate on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED BASIS. A refundable down payment of $1000 is your reservation. Your place in line is determined by the TIME and DATE your down payment is received. Your down payment is applied to your quoted balance for your project with your remaining balance due upon completion.

Getting Started
We can give you a time frame as to when your custom paint will be finished before you make your reservation. If the time frame we give you works with your schedule, we recommend for you to make your reservation as soon as possible because this is the only guarantee of this time frame.
At any given time we are working with multiple customers who are considering us for hire. We strongly recommend placing your reservation as soon as possible so that your place in line is established. Due to our popularity, we like to have "appointments" with our customers so you know when we will begin and when your project will be completed.
Job Completion
As many of you know, we send many pictures to you via email as your set is in process. You are able to see all the stages take place and make any changes on the spot. Before we final clear your set we will check with you to make sure that you are completely satisfied with what you see. After your set is finished we will take a series of final pictures for you. If you like what you see, this is when you make your final balance payment.
