Here is a brief description of how our core exchange practice works. The core charge is the amount of money that your set is worth used. If you would like to trade in your existing set to be painted, you will not be charged this fee. However, if you need a replacement set, or you just want an extra set to be painted, you will be charged the price of the sheet metal. We do have the ability to locate a set for you if we don't already have one in stock.

There are two ways that we can assure that you have little or no down time while your new custom paint job is en route:

At the beginning of the paint process you send us the quoted price plus the core charge (detailed with the quote) and the shipping fee. When you receive your set, ship your old sheet metal in the provided box. Once we receive your old set we will immediately refund* your core charge.
At the end of the paint process you send us the quoted price plus the shipping fee. Then ship us your set and as soon as we receive it we will ship* your custom paint set immediately.

* Overnight delivery is available for a small fee.
