Josh Ellison

Airbrusher & Manager

Josh Ellison has been riding motorcyclesfor 25 years and painting them for almost as long. Josh and his wife Brianne opened JE Illusions, Inc. exclusively painting motorcycles after Josh’s 12 years in the automotive paint and airbrush industry.

Josh has over 36,600 hours of paint and airbrush experience (and counting!). Every step of every job that he produces is solid and flawless due to countless hours of on-the-job training. His work has been featured on the Travel Channel, Discovery Channel, Sema Show Las Vegas, Sturgis, Bike Week, Local News Paper, and many Magazines. He has painted and airbrushed for Walt Disney, Honda Head Quarters, Many Chopper Companies, and celebrities such as Jeff Gordon. Josh began painting motorcycles exclusively full time due to his passion for them. He has multiple automotive paint certifications, awards, and is fully supported by his manufacturers. In 2004 he was recognized by BASF Corporation for his superior skills and talent, offering him the opportunity to become a Carizzma custom airbrushing instructor for the North West.

Josh's skills as a designer, layout artist, airbrusher, painter, and business person are exceptional. All of his previous customers rave about his communication skills and quality, which is so important in today's business world. He offers an experience for each customer that simply isn't found anywhere else. His skills as an artist are unmistakable, but his integrity and strive for superior customer service put him in a class all his own.

Josh enjoys preparing his motorcycle for shows and riding around the back roads with friends and customers. For 25 years motorcycles have been a priority in his life. Going to work and truly doing exactly what you want to do and being able to relate to it more than anything else is Josh’s way of life. His transportation to work and around is mostly on his motorcycle rain or shine. What better way to enjoy JE Illusions paint work than on his own motorcycle?

Josh has innumerable hobbies. Anything high, fast, scary, artsy and death defying and you’ll see Josh all over it. He loves to tear up the roads on all kinds of motorcycles, airbrushing, riding moto-cross/freestyle, boxing, snowboarding/skiing, drawing, skydiving, building, eating, white water kayaking/rafting, cliff diving, working out, guns/target practice, leading/managing, racing, writing, rock climbing, photography, basketball, inventing, selling, going to bike shows/rallies, playing/teaching his children, going out on a date with his wife, and relaxing. His future plans are to get his pilot license, build priceless custom choppers, and play for the NBA (someday).

Josh and his wife Brianne have two children together, 5-year-old son Kaiden Joshua and a 4-year-old daughter McKenna Colleen-Neel. They are very busy little energetic hard core motorcycle pee-wees.

Brianne Ellison

Customer Service Personal

Brianne Ellispn's aspirations were basic-she wanted to raise a family and become educated. She has a Bachelor of Science in Business and Psychology from the University of Oregon (Ducks). Brianne participates in the business management, customer service, payroll, shipping, and bookkeeping.

Brianne loves to hop on the back of their motorcycle and go for trips and rides. She met Josh in 1999 and they have been together ever sense. They attended the same elementary, middle, and high school living a parallel life. They married in 2002 and currently have two children Kaiden and McKenna. They have both lived in Eugene, Oregon for the entire lives.

Kaiden is the aspiring artist. He draws constantly and already has his own sketch pad. At preschool he is the art “teacher”. He is always asking daddy if he painted any monsters today.

McKenna is nothing short than the word “princess.” She is a girly girl with a love of Barbie’s, dolls, and animals. She is daddy’s little girl and loves watching him.

Brianne's hobbies include fitness, reading, watching movies, listening to music, shopping, and spending lots of time with family.

Trevor Knight

Custom Painter, Clear Coat, Detail Artist, & Buffer

Trevor Knight sis quite the multi tasker at JE Illusions as he does almost all the buffing on the paint sets, quality checks the bodywork, welds, prep work, body work, primes the parts, sprays sealer, basecoat, sprays kandy, QC, details many steps, masking, layout, cutting, photographs, and details tins before shipping. This guy can lay clear coat down like no other, his consistency, glass smooth shine, fine atomization, cleanliness, and perfection in our proprietary clear coat process is unbelievable and enough to have our paint alone. Combine this with his equal power of buffing and you have a glass like finish flawless of anything and gloss enough to blend someone. His attitude is “I can do it” or “I will make it happen” or “Get er done!!!!” Trevor is a family man and enjoys all the time he can get with his 3 children from his 5 year marriage to his high school sweetheart, whom he has been with for the last 9 years. His passions are work, (of course), cooking and his family. Let’s not forget he was a star wrestler too! He loves creating one-of-a-kind paint jobs at JE Illusions and is considered a very valuable part of our team. His spare time is spent with his kids and working on building a solid future with his wife.

Mack Wilson

Custom Painter, Air brusher, & Graphic Layout Artist

Mack Wilson has been in the custom painting business for ten years now and continues to impress our intense quality control system with his stunning attention to detail. He is an expert at hand layout for graphics and flames, airbrushing details and effects, kandy spraying, blending, and all types of spraying. He can run the plotter, weed, build, stenciling in multiple layers, and excels at designing paint concepts. Of course he is great at prepping, welding, and body work too! It’s nice to have his positive enthusiasm and outstanding communication skills as a part of our JE Illusions team. Mack likes to snowboard, golf, ride dirt bikes and 4-wheeling.

Rick Seiler

Laminator, Fabricator, and Bodyman

Rick Seiler is one talented important key player to JE Illusions and P27R Manufacturing. He has been in the fiberglass and bodywork industry for over 20 years and is a remarkable manager too. Rick manufactures our custom aftermarket airbox covers and fenders. He created the molds and laminates each part from start to finish. He is a genius at bodywork, we have custom parts come in sometimes looking pretty crooked but when he is finished they are as sleek, straight, and smooth as you would only dream of. Rick also is proficient at fabrication and constructing new parts. He has gone through many leadership and management programs such as peak performance, trainer to trainer, and leadership 2000. Rick is married with three children. He enjoys spending time with his kids, playing basketball, football and bike riding. As a pastime for the last two years he has been studying quantum physics-not too shabby!!

Dan Mayhew

Chopper Gun Operator, Bodyman Technician, and Prep

Dan Mayhew specializes in manufacturing fiberglass body parts and performs extensive body work on choppers and motorcycles. He sandblasts, strips, sands, preps, and bodyworks all flaws found so that your parts are 100% ready for paint done right the first time. Our customer's send us all kinds of motorcycle parts from stock undamaged to bare metal custom fabricated chopper parts with spikes. We do prep and metal glazing to all kinds of aftermarket bike parts and Dan's hand is like magic to JE Illusions demand for perfection. Some of Dan's after-work and weekend activities include riding his quad and playing video games.

Robert Drummond

Airbrush Artist, Designer, and Custom Paint Professional

Robert Drummond comes fully loaded, equipped with many features including over 17 years of airbrushing experience and is an asset to executing the finest custom paint on the planet! He started airbrushing when he was 9 years old, mainly just airbrushing RC cars...little did he know at this age that airbrushing would become his career. He is a custom paint genius in every step of our entire process and is totally committed to excellence. Robert is happily married with 4 girls. In his spare time, he likes to do cart racing with his family, race RC cars, camping and spending as much time with his family whenever possible. We look forward to having Robert doing airbrushing for many years to come with JE Illusions!

Todd Bradford

Web Designer & Computer Graphic Artist

Todd is an expert at computer graphic and website design. He builds our stencil artwork for plotting templates, he helps keep the JE Illusions web site up and running by adding bike images, news stories, magazine articles, etc. His 3D graphic full color work on the computer is stellar and that is why he executes many of our shirt concepts into color for T-Shirt companies who hire us. His hobbies include graphic design, digital illustration & hand illustration, riffing & learning music theory on his guitars, cooking up some gourmet dinners, running with his dog, kayaking, basketball, digital photography and working around his house.
